Island № 2047

For sale is a private island of 15.9 hectares located in Northern Greece 4 nautical miles from the picturesque town of Kavala and less than one mile from the mainland. The international airport of Kavala is 50 km away. The airport of Thessaloniki with many flights from Russia and Ukraine is 150 km away.

The island's coastline is 2.5 km long. Most of the coastline is inaccessible, but there are places suitable for construction. On the east and north sides of the island there are 3-4 small, shallow beaches with a gentle slope into the water.

The relief of the island is hilly, where the highest point is 85 m above sea level. Most of the island's surface is covered with abundant vegetation: wild olive trees, shrubs, fruit trees.

Of the total area of the island, 3 hectares is a forest zone, construction on which is prohibited, the rest of the island can be built up. There are no communications on the island.
