For sale detached house 467 sq.m. with a garden of 1, 600 sq.m., private pool, parking space and storage. On a plot overlooking the city and the sea, with a natural height difference, three detached houses were designed in such a way as to provide privacy and unobstructed panoramic views.
The architectural design followed a bioclimatic approach. The southern orientation, the geometry of the buildings and the position of the openings results in the achievement of ideal natural lighting, ventilation and thermal comfort, while the organization of the spaces emphasizes functionality. Modern materials such as wood, glass, stone and concrete were used on the external surfaces, in harmony with the surrounding area.
Access is very easy, both by car and public transport, via the Thessaloniki ring road and the central Thessaloniki-Panorama road. Nearby is the settlement of Panorama with a full shopping center and services.
The energy planning of the houses was done with economy and high efficiency as the main criteria. Heat pumps (cooling - heating), energy fireplaces, solar patio were installed.
