Island № 1620

An uninhabited private island with a total area of 55 hectares located in the Aegean Sea in central Greece. Most of the island is a flat area completely covered with vegetation and low trees.

The total area of the island is 55 hectares, of which construction is possible on a site of 2 hectares, the rest of the island is characterized as a forest zone and construction on it is prohibited. The territory of the island does not belong to the natural protection zone NATURA and has no building restrictions.

In case of commercial real estate construction on the island, 3.058 sq.m. residential buildings, not counting balconies, loggias, basements and storage rooms. In the case of building private residences on the island, you can build 400 sq.m. living space not counting balconies, loggias, basements and storage rooms.
